Collect from the shop

Collect your order from 270 North End Road, London SW6 1NJ, during opening hours, once the shop has confirmed it and your payment has arrived.

Delivery

We do not deliver ourselves. Deliveries are made by outside courier companies, so the cost depends on your address and the courier’s price at the time. When we confirm your order, we check the price and tell you the delivery charge before you pay. If you do not want to pay it, you can collect from the shop instead or cancel at no cost. The delivery day and time are agreed with you then.

Payment

Bank transfer only, to the account details the shop sends you. You never pay on this website.

Cancelling and returns

Your right to cancel, the goods that cannot be returned and the cancellation form are in our terms of sale.
